Shipping Provider
We exclusively use UPS for all our shipping needs to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your purchases.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [2-3 business days] after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Force Majeure: Please note that processing times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events that may disrupt our operations.
In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any delays to you promptly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected UPS service. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several UPS shipping options:
UPS Ground: [3-5 business days]

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and may vary depending on location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
FOB Shipping Terms
All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) Origin. This means that ownership and responsibility for the shipment pass to you, the customer, once the package is handed over to UPS. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the package after it leaves our facility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the US.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or contents. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
As all shipments are FOB Origin, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you encounter any issues, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number. However, we are happy to assist you in resolving any problems.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees, and we cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect address.
